Jerry Evans is a millennial, entrepreneur, small businessman, husband, father, and man of God. He first moved to the Chicago suburbs to attend Wheaton College where he received a degree in music, then made the choice to remain to start a business and family.
Since then, he has started and exponentially grown, a business spreading his passion for music to students of all ages across the greater Chicagoland area. What started as a one-man operation has grown into a thriving business instructing nearly 300 students and employing a dozen faculty and staff. He then, in turn, expanded his portfolio and business to include commercial property in Wheaton.
In 2014, Jerry married Lisa, a second-generation Taiwanese-American whose family emigrated from Tainan, Taiwan to America in search of a better life. They had their first son, Michael, in 2018 and, together, they live in Warrenville where they plan to raise their son.
Jerry’s Christian faith is of the utmost importance to him, with God being the guiding light for him and his family’s path through life. He has made seven overseas church-related mission trips to India, Mexico, and South Africa to further spread God’s word.
Jerry’s passion for music has been the driving force behind his business’s success and his determination to further spread this art to students throughout suburban Chicago. He has been featured on six Christian worship albums and currently teaches guitar, bass, drums, and ukulele.
